Our high standard of service is evident to our clients from the moment we receive their call. On placement of your first order, an Account Manager will assume the responsibility of attending to any requirements or queries you may have. This relationship enables personalised attention and the comfort of familiarity in future dealings. However, all queries may, in need, be directed to any of our highly trained sales staff.
Clients are assured of prompt free delivery of all goods in stock. Our twice daily delivery service ensures all orders placed before 10:00am are delivered same day, with all orders placed after this time being delivered next working day. Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder and delivered immediately on arrival at our store. Clients will be promptly notified by their Account Manager of any such delays as well as an estimated time of arrival.
Delivery of all orders over $100 ex. GST, is free within the metro Melbourne area. Delivery to regional locations will incur a small fee.
